We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to be the “front line” of the People team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers and assist with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives in line with the needs and priorities of Ten. You will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and People Experience colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions.
This role is designed to reduce complexity for employees, remove silos between teams, and ensure every person at Ten has a smooth, engaging, and consistent Employee Journey.
