Monarch Investment & Management Group is growing, and our Human Resources team is expanding! We are actively seeking an experienced HR Coordinator / HR Administrator to support critical administrative functions across onboarding, benefits, leave of absence, payroll coordination, and HR systems, etc.

Key Responsibilities – Human Resources Coordinator
Background Screening & Hiring Support
- Administer full-cycle background screening processes
- Partner closely with Recruiting and Hiring Managers
- Provide status updates multiple times daily
- Submit, track, troubleshoot, and communicate screening results
HRIS & Onboarding Administration (UKG)
- Manage end-to-end onboarding within UKG HRIS
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and support compliant terminations when necessary
- Request and ensure timely system access for:
- Monarch University
- HRIS MSS
- Guide new hires through benefit enrollment and courtesy officer setup
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure accurate and compliant rehire processing
HR Data & Compliance Support
- Pull, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in New Hire Reports multiple times per week
- Audit PTO benefit plan assignments weekly
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR reference guides and documentation on internal systems
- Collaborate with HR team members at all levels to improve HR processes and efficiency
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field

2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or HR coordinator role
- Strong understanding of:
- HIPAA guidelines
- Recruiting, onboarding, and employment compliance regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset and work ethic
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
