HR Operations Manager- Mumbai-Goregaon

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Employee Information in HRMS

Monitor internal HR systems and databases

Overseeing the end-to-end operational activities

Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Manage PAN India Employees Transition & ensure timely updates in System (MIS / Workday / IT Master Sheet)

Supervise the Transitions on a timely basis to complete the transitions.

Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends

To Prepare Final Input on a Monthly Basis and need to share it with Payroll for the updation & Payout.

To support Payroll / Attendance / FNF / Recruitment Team as and when required.

To prepare monthly transition data.

Requirements

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR operations experiencen with atleast 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within HR operations
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships. 
  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS)
