This role offers hands-on exposure to the full hiring cycle, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR tasks.   • Identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other networking sources.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, process them further.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates on availability, interview updates, feedback, and next steps.
  • Monitor candidate movement throughout the hiring process and keep recruitment trackers updated with accurate information.
  • Support the updating of recruitment dashboards and assist in generating recruitment analytics reports.
  • Manage candidate records and hiring workflows in the ATS, ensuring timely and precise data entry.
  • Contribute to ideating and drafting content for the company’s LinkedIn page, for employer branding, and engagement posts.
  • Provide support in routine HR tasks such as collecting documents and assisting with onboarding-related activities.
  • What you will need?
  • Pursuing/passed graduation or MBA program in HR Management.
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment & onboarding.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn ATS tools, recruitment workflows, and HR operations.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to follow up consistently and maintain professional interactions.
  • You are preferred if you
  • You have prior internship experience in recruitment or HR operations.

    The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
    At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

    Pre-Employment Assessment: 
    You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

    Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

    HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
