Recruitment Activities: Conduct recruitment processes based on the hiring needs of each department and independently complete recruitment tasks.
Organizational Communication: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide effective recruitment strategies.
Onboarding Tasks: Complete pre-onboarding procedures for new hires, including data entry and asset allocation.
Employer Branding: Maintain and enhance the employer brand image to attract top talent through various recruitment strategies.
Administrative Tasks: Carry out various HR administrative duties, including supporting internal company HR activities and ensuring smooth operations.

Relevant educational and professional background.
Experience in headhunting or startup industries.
Passion for recruitment with extensive experience in creatively managing employer branding.
