Overview
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative technology organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a full-time contract basis. This role will support business leaders and employees across a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment and will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience working within technology or high-growth companies, thrives in a collaborative remote environment, and is comfortable managing a wide range of HRBP responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support
  • Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
  • Support organizational effectiveness, team structure, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership, employee development, and performance management
  • Lead or support HR initiatives such as engagement, change management, and talent development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, etc.)
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and best practices
  • Analyze people data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisory roles
  • Experience working within technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices across employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making
  • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • HR designation (CHRP/CPHR) considered an asset
