Human Resource Administration Manager | Telematics

We are looking for an organized and proactive Human Resources Administration Manager to join our team and help keep our people processes smooth, structured, and compliant.

Teltonika's telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare, administer, and oversee documents regulating employment relationships.
• Prepare official letters, orders, and other HR-related documents.
• Advise employees on matters related to the Lithuanian Labour Code.
• Develop, maintain and manage personnel databases.
• Collaborate with government authorities regarding the employment of foreign staff.
• Support and cooperate with colleagues across other departments.

What we expect of you:

• Strong understanding of the Lithuanian Labour Code and HR administration.
• Experience with HR systems (Rivilė) and personnel data management.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• English language proficiency.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to improve HR processes.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 17 Eur/h (~2335 Eur - 2836 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
