Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled HubSpot Developer to build, customize, and optimize CRM workflows, marketing automation, and web assets within the HubSpot ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of marketing operations and CRM architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain HubSpot modules, templates, landing pages, and email assets.
  • Build automated workflows, sequences, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Implement and optimize CRM pipelines, custom objects, and data structures.
  • Create custom HubSpot CMS themes, HubL templates, and responsive web components.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third‑party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to forms, tracking, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure data hygiene, governance, and best practices across the HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance automation and conversion rates.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and custom development.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CMS, HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and RESTful integrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM customization, workflows, and automation.
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot development experience.
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, or RevOps teams.
  • Agency or multi‑client experience is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills
