Job Role: HubSpot Developer

Compensation range: $2,000-2,500 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Each solution is tailored to align with the business’s goals and scale over time.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Developer to implement, customize, and optimize HubSpot portals to support business operations, automation, and reporting needs. This role will focus on building scalable solutions within HubSpot, ensuring seamless integrations, and providing ongoing support for data accuracy and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement and manage full HubSpot portals across marketing, sales, and service hubs
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and process logic to improve efficiency and data consistency
• Customize pipelines, properties, and objects to align with business requirements
• Handle third-party integrations and ensure smooth data synchronization between systems through custom N8N integrations.
• Develop and support dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing setups, and provide ongoing HubSpot support

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience developing and managing HubSpot portals
• Artifacts or Integration libraries showing automations you’ve built on any platform including N8N, Make.com or Zapier.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot workflows, automations, pipelines, and custom properties
• Experience with integrations (APIs, third-party tools, or native HubSpot integrations)
• Familiarity with internal collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
• Comfort working in a developer-led environment, with the ability to read, understand, and action developer documentation and API documentation
• Ability to translate business needs into effective HubSpot solutions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
