Our Sales & Marketing Teams are at the heart of our customer experience and growth ambitions and we are now looking for a talented HubSpot CRM Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot platform, architecture, configuration and customer insights through all sales and marketing channels and across the group.

We're looking for a skilled HubSpot CRM Manager to design, configure, implement, and optimise our CRM infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building scalable HubSpot configuration and workflow processes that drive sales and marketing efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver accurate business insights and reporting. This is a hands-on role requiring both platform expertise and strategic thinking about business processes to drive growth.
We need someone who is:
Strategic about process improvement, not just tactical implementation
Highly organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stays curious about CRM best practices
A team player who collaborates effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams
