Manage the HubSpot CRM to deliver critical data insights for marketing and sales while automating processes and supporting the Investment Management team.
This is a high-impact, analytical role responsible for administering the firm's critical data infrastructure and translating complex data into actionable business intelligence. The Hubspot CRM Lead will fully own the HubSpot CRM, generate performance insights for marketing and sales, and develop operational analytics to support the Investment Management team.
Requirements
Prior Experience: 3–6 years of experience focused on data operations, CRM administration, or analytics roles, ideally supporting sales and marketing functions. Experience in a financial or real estate-related industry is preferred.
