managing and optimizing HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub),
interacting and integrating with the existing Salesforce platform,
designing and implementing workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes,
configuring CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and reporting dashboards,
building and maintaining integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware,
ensuring data hygiene, governance, and compliance best practices,
translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions,
leading and mentoring a small team (2–3 members),
driving CRM adoption and stakeholder engagement.
5+ years of hands‑on experience working with HubSpot,
strong experience with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub,
ability to design and maintain workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes,
experience configuring CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and dashboards,
strong understanding of CRM architecture and system design,
experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce (functional knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud),
hands‑on experience with API‑based integrations (REST, webhooks, middleware),
proven ability to ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and CRM governance,
experience translating business requirements into scalable CRM solutions,
English - at least B2+ level.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
experience with complex workflow logic, advanced automation, and custom objects in HubSpot,
strong background in campaign performance, attribution, and revenue reporting,
broader exposure to automation engineering and non‑standard integration scenarios,
proven ability to drive CRM adoption, change management, and user engagement,
strong documentation skills and experience presenting CRM insights to senior stakeholders.
