The primary goal is to move away from a cluttered legacy system by setting up a clean, "out-of-the-box" HubSpot production instance. The Consultant will ensure that the new setup supports data hygiene, standardized reporting, and future ICP-related analysis.
Scope of Work
- Configure the new HubSpot instance using default, out-of-the-box settings as much as possible to ensure stability and avoid legacy logic issues.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) to design basic operational processes for various teams, including SDR, BDM, AM, and Marketing.
- Define standard triggers and rules for creating and managing Contacts, Companies, Leads, Deals, and Tickets.
- Create a centralized "Single Source of Truth" by documenting all agreed operational processes and implementation references.
- Develop role-based training materials and design rigorous examinations to validate user understanding.
- Conduct training sessions where all users must pass the exam as a prerequisite for system access.
- Define clear onboarding and offboarding processes per role, including handover rules and record ownership transfer.
- Provide technical support during the final data migration phase, ensuring only the "Master Filtered" relevant dataset is transitioned.

HubSpot Expert: Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation, specifically with Sales and Marketing Hubs.

Data Migration Specialist: Experience managing large-scale data cleanups and migrations (handling datasets of 1M+ records is a plus).

Process Architect: Ability to translate business needs (like Sales Pipeline restructuring for New Business, Renewals, and Upsells) into functional CRM workflows.

Enablement Focused: Experience in developing training curricula and conducting user assessments.

Industry Context: Previous experience working with IT Outsourcing (ITO) or tech-service companies is highly preferred.
