HUBSPOT CONSULTANT (1-month contract)

AI overview

The role focuses on implementing a clean HubSpot production instance and ensuring standardized reporting and data hygiene while facilitating training and process documentation.

The primary goal is to move away from a cluttered legacy system by setting up a clean, "out-of-the-box" HubSpot production instance. The Consultant will ensure that the new setup supports data hygiene, standardized reporting, and future ICP-related analysis.

Scope of Work

  • Configure the new HubSpot instance using default, out-of-the-box settings as much as possible to ensure stability and avoid legacy logic issues.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) to design basic operational processes for various teams, including SDR, BDM, AM, and Marketing.
  • Define standard triggers and rules for creating and managing Contacts, Companies, Leads, Deals, and Tickets.
  • Create a centralized "Single Source of Truth" by documenting all agreed operational processes and implementation references.
  • Develop role-based training materials and design rigorous examinations to validate user understanding.
  • Conduct training sessions where all users must pass the exam as a prerequisite for system access.
  • Define clear onboarding and offboarding processes per role, including handover rules and record ownership transfer.
  • Provide technical support during the final data migration phase, ensuring only the "Master Filtered" relevant dataset is transitioned.
  • HubSpot Expert: Proven experience in HubSpot CRM implementation, specifically with Sales and Marketing Hubs.
  • Data Migration Specialist: Experience managing large-scale data cleanups and migrations (handling datasets of 1M+ records is a plus).
  • Process Architect: Ability to translate business needs (like Sales Pipeline restructuring for New Business, Renewals, and Upsells) into functional CRM workflows.
  • Enablement Focused: Experience in developing training curricula and conducting user assessments.
  • Industry Context: Previous experience working with IT Outsourcing (ITO) or tech-service companies is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong English proficiency for documentation and stakeholder alignment.

BENEFITS

  • Good work environment and good colleague (parties, holidays, team building activities).
  • Leave days alongside public holidays.
  • Self-organize project team.
  • Work with high profile multinational companies.
