What is your goal?

As an International Engagement Manager, you will drive new business development across Europe by leveraging customer and market insights, a deep understanding of client needs, and the transformative potential of the Microsoft Cloud Platform.

We develop our business within Marketing and need you as an International Sales Manager to qualify and manage the entire sales cycle towards an Agreement. You will be up to date on Microsoft technology, licensing, HSO Services, and Support.

This role offers the opportunity to engage with international clients and develop cross-border business relationships, particularly in the cloud and enterprise software sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from qualification to agreement.
  • Develop new business opportunities through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
  • Create compelling proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure follow-up on commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to align customer needs with HSO capabilities.
  • Travel across Europe approximately 5 days per month across Europe to meet clients and prospects.

Requirements

You Bring

    • A consultative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and innovation.
    • Experience in sales - locally or regionally - and are ready to expand your impact on a global scale.
    • Strong analytical skills and a self-starting attitude.
    • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CCO, CEO, COO, CMO, Digital Directors).
    • A collaborative spirit and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • A desire to be challenged and coached - not directed.

Your have

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in new business development, preferably in Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, any Hosting ecosystems.
    • Familiarity with Modern Workplace, (Azure) Infrastructure and Integration, Security, Data and AI, and digital transformation topics.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
    • The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Denmark, Sweden or Finland. They are a citizen of an EU country and hold full EU working rights.
