Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, etc.). 
• Collaborate with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable finance solutions. 
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and training for key users. 
• Configure and customize finance modules to meet client-specific requirements. 
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. 
• Provide expert advice on finance best practices, compliance, and process optimization. 
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution design.

You have... 

• At least 7 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on finance modules. 

• Proven track record as a lead consultant on at least 3 full-cycle international ERP implementations. 

• Solid understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, consolidation, etc.). 

• Prior experience in a finance role (e.g. accountant, controller, financial analyst) is a strong advantage. 

• Fluency in English (spoken and written); other European languages are a plus. 

• Nice to have: Experience in pre-sales, workshops, or mentoring junior consultants.
