HSO GS - Senior Project Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and leading crossfunctional teams. You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project milestones, while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring they are well-coordinated and motivated.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Dynamics 365 F&O with other business systems.
• Conduct project meetings, status reports, and presentations to communicate progress and key insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O features and updates to ensure best practices and innovation in project execution.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful transition to ongoing operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with at least 4-5 years of specific experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Knowledge of D365 FinOps Modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, business users, and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration concepts (e.g., API, middleware).
• Experience in industry-specific implementations (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance).
• Understanding of ERP implementation best practices and methodologies.
