Role Overview

As the D365 F&O Lead SCM + AWMS Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing Supply Chain and Advanced Warehouse Management solutions for our clients. You will leverage your substantial experience to guide implementation practices, provide expert advice, and ensure that our solutions align with best practices and customer needs. This role allows for remote work and requires collaboration with international teams while driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions focusing on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Advanced Warehouse Management System (AWMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and users on available functionalities and best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and assist in their training and development within SCM and warehouse management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates in Dynamics 365 and contribute to the development of best practices within HSO.
• Support troubleshooting and resolve issues post-deployment, maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management implementation and support.
• Strong background in Advanced Warehouse Management; knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Proven leadership experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on SCM and AWMS.
• Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in multicultural environments.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications in F&O modules would be highly advantageous.
• Flexibility to travel if needed and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
