HSO - GS - D365 F&O Finance Functional Architect 12+ Years - Remote

Overview:

HSO is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Architect to lead and manage implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects across various industries while guiding clients through their digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of D365 Finance and Operations modules.
• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and provide strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Ensure that the solutions adhere to best practices and follow defined methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute system integrations and enhancements.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and assist them in their professional development.
• Stay current with the latest D365 updates, features, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the team.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects.
• Deep knowledge of financial processes including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
• Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Certifications in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
