We are looking for a new colleague to join our HSEQ team!


Are you passionate about ensuring projects are safe, compliant, and delivered with quality? As our HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects throughout their entire lifecycle – from planning and execution to closure.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Follow-Up: Monitor and support projects to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and client requirements.
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations related to incidents, non-conformities, and hazardous occurrences, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Audits & Reviews: Assist with internal and external audits, and participate in readiness reviews, risk assessments, and safety-related meetings.
  • Information Management: Maintain critical data in supplier approval platforms such as Achilles and Magnet JQS.
  • Training Delivery: Provide essential HSEQ training to strengthen our safety culture.
  • Documentation: Develop HSEQ plans and Governance that support safe and efficient project execution.

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills to enable effective work with both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for HSEQ and a desire to develop a career in this field.
  • Experience in marine offshore operations is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant competency (Experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence)
