Position: HRM Specialist

 

What You Will Do 

  • Manage and coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewal processes for dispatch workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
  • Provide process and operational support to business teams related to dispatch workforce management and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Oversee and execute HR system tasks, including data maintenance, updates, and workflow management to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Manage and support the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, including coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate and support the conversion process for dispatch workers transitioning to full-time employee status.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and provide support for departmental or cross-functional projects as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations, workforce administration, or employee lifecycle management.Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and create pivot tables.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with HR partners, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting dispatch or contingent workforce management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and workflow management tools.
  • Knowledge of performance management processes, including PIP administration.
  • Experience supporting employee conversion or workforce transition programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for process improvement.
