Responsibilities: 

• Leads and develops HRIS Team to ensure expert level customer service 

• Monitors and improves HRIS & AMS SLAs 

• Serves as an escalation point for complex issues, resolves issues and manages enhancements 

• Provides professional comprehensive functional support and HR process expertise for Oracle HCM solution 

• Drives efficiencies and pursues continuous process improvements (Oracle HCM+integrations) 

• Collaborates closely & professionally with cross functional and geographical teams 

• Cooperate with Knowledge manager on creation and maintenance of knowledge management content and training materials 

• Identify and raise knowledge gaps and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning 

• Cooperate on educating and training our HR Key users community. 

Requirements

• Experience of team leading 

• Experience with Oracle HCM 

• Good knowledge of HR processes 

• Great analytical and data management skills 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels 

• Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions 

• Fluency in English
