We’re growing fast and are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end implementation of Workable’s Recruiting & HR solutions for new customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive onboarding experience.
You’ll act as a project manager and trusted partner for our customers, coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Technical Support to deliver successful implementations. This includes managing onboarding projects as well as professional services such as integrations, data migrations, and custom reports.
As the primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase, you’ll guide customers on best practices, proactively identify and resolve risks, track progress and satisfaction, and ensure timelines and expectations are met. Following go-live, you’ll continue to support customers through structured check-ins to drive adoption, long-term value, and customer success.
