Clarvida is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst Consultant to support and optimize our HR technology environment. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving HR systems—primarily ADP Workforce Now—while partnering with HR, IT, and Operations to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and scalable system design.
This is a hands‑on consulting role ideal for an HRIS professional who enjoys system re‑engineering, problem‑solving, and translating business needs into technical solutions in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity organization.
Maintain, configure, and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ATS, onboarding, payroll, benefits).
Data Integrity & Reporting
Build and deliver standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, compliance, workforce metrics).
Process Improvement & Optimization
Troubleshooting & User Support
Provide guidance, training, and job aids to HR, recruiters, and business users.
Implementation & Collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Oracle, or similar systems.
