Work & Pay

  • Remote- must be willing to travel to Tampa occasionally
  • Salary range: $100,000–$120,000, plus performance bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize the HRIS platform, UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
  • Support implementations, testing, go‑lives, and ongoing system enhancements
  • Lead data migration and HRIS onboarding for acquired entities
  • Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems
  • Build reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of HRIS or people systems experience
  • Hands‑on experience with UKG, Paycom, or Rippling
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, migrations, or upgrades
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits data
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
