HRIS & AI Apprentice (September 2026)
TLDR
Support unique HR transformation projects by identifying AI and automation opportunities to improve internal processes as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
You will work closely with our HR Transformation & Rewards Director in order to:
Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve our internal HR processes
Assist all HR teams in creating and setting up AI Assistants
Investigate and implement improvements for our HRIS, BambooHR
Develop APIs and integrations between BambooHR and external tools
Build and maintain our HR dashboard using Looker Studio
Analyze internal data and surveys, such as eNPS
Provide technical support for the deployment of new HR tools
Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Engineering, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, AI, Human Resources
Strong data analysis skills with SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets
Great collaboration and teamwork skills
Curious mindset with attention to detail
Fluent English and operational French and ready to collaborate with various stakeholders (International and French)
First call with Jeanne, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
Interview with your future manager Sandrine, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
