Our AI products are moving fast, and our Product & Engineering org is going through meaningful change. This HRBP will sit close to the core teams and act as both a navigator and an accelerator—linking tech strategy to org design, talent systems, and culture.
What you’ll do
Design orgs that match the roadmap: Translate technical direction and business goals into org structure, operating model, and culture that keep pace with iteration.
Increase “talent density” and energy: Build an environment where engineers, researchers, and PMs can do deep work, collaborate smoothly, and grow fast.
Create a future-ready team ecosystem: Foster trust, transparency, and safe experimentation; make cross-functional execution frictionless.

The System Builder
Senior HRBP from top tech companies, with proven experience driving org upgrades, scaling, or major restructures in engineering/product teams—strong in performance, leadership development, and talent pipelines.
The Native Evolver
Early-career but highly capable “AI native” who understands AI tech and can speak engineers’ language—learns extremely fast, thinks flexibly, and brings fresh ideas to reinvent org, incentives, and collaboration in an AI-first world.
