Purpose of the position

As a HR Business Partner, you will support the HR Director in the strategic and operational management of defined specialist areas. You will act as an interface between employees, managers, and HR, and contribute to the implementation of modern HR strategies.

Tasks & responsibilities

HR business partnering & consulting

•    Supporting managers in all personnel-related issues

•    Advising on topics such as working time models, absence management, and employee leadership

•    Assisting with labor law issues (in collaboration with the HR Director)

•    Acting as a trusted contact person for employees

Operational HR work

•    Managing the employee life cycle (onboarding, transfers, development, offboarding)

•    Preparing and implementing personnel measures

•    Maintaining personnel files and HR systems

Recruiting & Talent Management

•    Supporting the recruiting process (coordinating requirements, interviews, selection)

•    Participation in personnel development and talent management measures

•    Support for onboarding processes

HR projects & processes

•    Collaboration in HR projects (e.g., performance management, employee surveys, HR digitization, workplace integration management)

•    Support in the further development of HR processes and guidelines

•    Preparation of evaluations, reports, and presentations

Requirements

Technical

•    Completed degree in business administration, human resources management, psychology, business law, or similar

•    Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in HR

•    Basic knowledge of labor law is an advantage

•    Confident use of MS Office, ideally experience with HR systems

• Languages: Native German and strong communication skills in English
