Join Our Growing HR Team at SYNERGEN Health!

SYNERGEN Health is seeking proactive and driven professionals to join our expanding Human Resources team. In this role, you will serve as a vital contributor, supporting a wide range of core HR functions. Multiple positions are currently available within the department, with final role assignments, job titles, and compensation packages to be determined based on each candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Key Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in core HR functions such as Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development
• Candidates currently pursuing HR-related studies and aspiring to build a career in Human Resources are also welcome to apply, even without prior experience
• A positive mindset, strong teamwork capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across diverse work areas are essential
• We value individuals who demonstrate a balance of professionalism and personal integrity, upholding strong work ethics in all aspects of their role

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM /7.30PM to 4.30AM)
• Work schedule aligned with the U.S. holiday calendar
• Transport provided at the end of the shift
