Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize HR processes with a strong emphasis on technology integration.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and user accessibility.
  • Drive HR technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights through HR data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. HRMS Management

  • Administer and support HR systems such as Zoho PeoplePlus; experience with additional HRMS platforms is a plus.
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, and system functionalities to meet organizational needs.
  • Oversee integration and implementation of complementary HR tools.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, compliance, payroll) for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of HR analytics and dashboards.

3. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to redesign workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide daily support for HR systems, including Learning & Development (L&D) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
  • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

5. Compliance & Security

  • Ensure HR systems comply with relevant data privacy and labor regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Manage user access rights and ensure secure handling of sensitive employee data.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HRIS/ HRMS management with a techno-functional focus.
  • Proficiency in HR software platforms (e.g., ZOHO, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
