Your Mission
We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Specialist to scale and modernize our People Tech ecosystem. This role sits at the crossroads of HRIS architecture, data governance, automation, and analytics, with Workday as the core platform.
You will act as a key actor of our People Data & Systems roadmap, ensuring systems reliability, data quality, and scalable integrations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Working closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, and external vendors, you will help transform our People stack into a robust, interconnected, and future-ready data platform.
Your Responsibilities
Own and evolve the People Tech ecosystem, with Workday as the core platform (configuration, optimization, governance).
Ensure data quality and system reliability across HR tools, integrations, and workflows.
Design and improve scalable HR processes through system enhancements, automation, and best practices.
Manage HR data architecture: reporting, dashboards, analytics, and decision-support insights.
Oversee integrations and data flows in collaboration with IT, Engineering, and external vendors.
Drive innovation in HR systems, exploring AI and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
Managing our external providers
Your qualifications
Comfortable working with data and technical concepts (data models, integrations, workflows, APIs)
Experience with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data extraction, automation, or analysis
Knowledge of automation frameworks (low-code/no-code workflows, scripting, AI-driven automation)
Ability to understand HR stakes
Self-management skills and autonomy
Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
You are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environment
Full working proficiency in English
Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
Prior experience with Workday is a plus
