Your Mission We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and you will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners. The position requires a strong data-driven mindset, a global view of HR tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment. Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday, ensuring it effectively supports business needs
  • Continuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, managing collaboration and deliveries
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HR systems and integrations
  • Perform HR data analysis and support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
  • Maintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flows
  • Contribute to HR systems governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Explore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people data
  • Your qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar position & in an international environment
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Self-management skills and autonomy
  • Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
  • You are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environment
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Workday is a plus
