Your Mission
We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape, with a strong focus on Workday.
This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and you will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners.
The position requires a strong data-driven mindset, a global view of HR tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday, ensuring it effectively supports business needs
Continuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practices
Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, managing collaboration and deliveries
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HR systems and integrations
Perform HR data analysis and support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
Maintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flows
Contribute to HR systems governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Explore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people data
Your qualifications
Prior experience in a similar position & in an international environment
Strong and proven analytical skills
Self-management skills and autonomy
Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
You are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environment
Full working proficiency in English
Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
Prior experience with Workday is a plus
