  • Ensure the execution of HR Strategy work plans and policy development 
  • Align workforce planning with business goals for optimal staffing
  • Oversee HR projects, policies, and compliance with regulations
  • Develop HRIS, organizational structures, and competency models
  • Manage HR communication, compensation, benefits, and budgeting
  • Drive key talent development, performance management, and career growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (Master’s degree preferred)
  • At least 10 years in HR (preferably in financial services) or a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level
  • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of applicable labor regulations
