We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Service Department as an HR Specialist. Curious about what this role entails? Let’s dive in:
- Act as the go-to HR resource for the Service Department and provide front-line support to teams across EMEA.
- Partner with local HRBPs to ensure operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and policy review.
- Support strategic HR planning for headcount, employee satisfaction, and department stability.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand their needs, improve performance, and address pain points.
- Lead and execute HR-related projects such as training initiatives and process improvements.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? To make sure you feel happy and successful in this role, it would be fantastic if you bring:
- 1+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Specialist; experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of German employment practices; familiarity with other European markets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to measure progress.
- A proactive, flexible, and structured approach; independent, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Language skills: English and German at C1 level; other European languages or Chinese are a plus.
