We are looking for

HR Specialist

at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Ukraine (Kamianets-Podilskyi)

Your tasks:

• Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, selection, onboarding)

• Employee assessment and development

• Organization of training and onboarding processes

• Development of corporate culture and employee engagement programs

• Working with HR systems

• HR analytics and workforce planning: headcount planning, labor market monitoring

• Participation in performance review processes

• Talent development and retention initiatives

• Consulting managers on HR-related matters

• Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies

Requirements

• Higher education (Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields)

• At least 2 years of experience in HR

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to onboarding)

• Understanding of modern sourcing channels and practices

• Experience in organizing employee onboarding and training

• Experience in talent development and retention

• Understanding of HR analytics and workforce planning approaches

• Experience working with HR systems

• English proficiency at minimum B1 (able to communicate effectively and express ideas clearly)
