Join us as an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on Recruiting in Konstanz* and help us scale our teams while delivering an excellent candidate and employee experience—from first contact to a smooth onboarding.

Learning & growth: Share knowledge, participate in learning opportunities, and continuously develop your recruiting skills.
Pre- & onboarding: Communicate with new hires and support the operational side of onboarding to ensure a great start.
AI in action: Test and support the rollout of AI tools for sourcing, screening, or HR processes—and help identify what works best.
