Scope of Role

This role sits at the heart of a dynamic and fast-growing HR function, offering broad exposure across all areas of Human Resources, with a particular focus on compensation and benefits administration. We’re looking for a driven, energised self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and embracing new challenges. A strong interest and hands on experience in compensation and benefits is definitely preferable, as you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of competitive total rewards programs.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious and eager to deepen their knowledge across the full HR spectrum. You’ll research topics, analyse information, and present clear insights that support effective decision-making and continuous improvement. You will contribute actively to team meetings, collaborate on cross-functional projects, and work closely with colleagues within the HR Team and across the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Orientation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and handbooks that clearly communicate company operations, procedures, and expectations
  • Design and prepare onboarding kits for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Conduct engaging first-day company orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company culture, values, and essential information


 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job scoping with hiring managers, drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity complies with regional employment legislation and internal hiring policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new-hire experience, including induction schedules, systems access, and documentation compliance.


Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Design, implement, and maintain fair and competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent
  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with current legislation
  • Analyse job titles, duties, and market data to establish appropriate salary ranges and compensation structures
  • Assess, administer, and manage benefit plans including health insurance, pensions, and other employee benefits
  • Monitor and oversee benefits expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining competitive offerings


 HR Policy Management & Compliance

  • Support the development, review, and communication of HR policies, ensuring they remain compliant with relevant employment legislation across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, and the USA.
  • Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend updates based on legislative changes or operational needs.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, including statutory leave entitlements, right-to-work checks, working time regulations, and ISO27001 people controls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping in line with GDPR/data-protection requirements.
  • Communicate policy changes effectively to all employees and management


Employee Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements
  • Track and manage attendance records including sick days, vacation/holiday leaves, hours worked, and tardiness
  • Administer benefits enrolment records, maintaining current lists of employees participating in all Benefit plans
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee information


HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in cross-departmental HR projects, including system implementations, process redesign, job architecture rollout, and policy harmonisation across regions.
  • Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce administrative burden.
  • Support ISO27001 compliance activities related to HR, including reviewing onboarding/offboarding processes, access controls, and people-related audit readiness.
  • Prepare documentation, project updates, and training materials to support change initiatives
  • Take ownership of the Company’s Job Architectures and salary range assignments


Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 Years of progressive HR experience with some focused on compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and benefits administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
