In this position, you'll excel at building strong connections with businesses quickly, helping them achieve both their short-term and long-term objectives. You’ll provide valuable advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees that enhances their business operations, strengthens their culture, and improves their bottom line.
Your responsibilities will include offering expert employee relations and human resources advice to resolve employment relationship issues, contributing to HR policy development, and occasionally leading or participating in projects. This role involves a combination of regular weekly HR support for our ongoing clients and one-off project work.
We also partner with top HRIS and recruitment system providers, so being tech-savvy and comfortable with systems is a significant advantage for us.
