Responsibilities

Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles

Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes

Support recruitment processes in case of need, as well as manage recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses.

Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires

Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters

Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training

Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements

Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employee relations issues

Creates an environment that fosters and rewards teamwork, collaboration, mutual support, and achievement of common goals

Works in partnership with other stakeholders to develop high-impact development plans and ensure the achievement of employee development goals

Manage expats full-cycle employment process

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of current Chinese Labor Law and Social Security

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

Strong planning, organizing, and follow skills together with the drive for results

Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships(with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)

Excellent at both verbal and written communication

Business fluent knowledge of Chinese and English.
