Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and employee-centric HR Specialist to lead onboarding excellence, performance management operations, and employee engagement initiatives within a fully remote and globally distributed workforce.

This role plays a key part in shaping employee experience across the entire lifecycle — from onboarding and integration to performance development and cultural engagement — ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for remote employees across different locations.
  • Conduct virtual onboarding sessions to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new hires during probation periods.
  • Collect onboarding feedback and continuously improve onboarding experience.

2. Performance Management

  • Support the execution and administration of company performance management frameworks and cycles.
  • Coordinate goal setting, calibration discussions, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations.
  • Track employee objectives and KPIs alignment with departmental and organizational strategic goals.
  • Provide coaching support to managers on performance conversations and employee development discussions.
  • Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) including documentation and follow-up tracking.
  • Prepare dashboards, performance analytics, and insights for HR leadership and senior management.
  • Ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across performance processes.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies tailored for remote and hybrid teams.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, pulse checks, and analyze trends to drive actionable improvements.
  • Organize virtual team-building activities, recognition programs, and company cultural initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and employee recognition campaigns.
  • Drive internal communication initiatives that promote transparency and employee connection.

4. HR Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee lifecycle records within HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Leadership, and Operations teams.
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and organizational initiatives as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of progressive HR experience covering onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Experience supporting remote or globally distributed teams is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within fast-paced or technology-driven environments is a strong advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
