As the Senior Client Success Manager, you will lead key client relationships and drive the overall success and satisfaction of Heartbeat’s partners. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point across onboarding, retention, solutioning, and client experience — ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes and long-term value from Heartbeat’s offerings.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering teams to translate client goals into scalable solutions, while mentoring team members and shaping processes that enable growth and excellence across the Client Success function.
About the Role:
Support full-cycle recruiting for clinical, corporate, and operational roles
Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking and dispositioning in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and candidate outreach
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience aligned with company values
Support offer letter preparation and pre-employment processes
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system access
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, policies, and tools
Support employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements
Assist with benefits administration support, leave tracking, and HRIS updates
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal communications
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with audits, reporting, and data requests as needed
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes, tools, and documentation
Help maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal resources
About You:
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or people operations
Experience supporting high-volume hiring or fast-growing teams preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Rippling, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment
Strong ability to collaborate and adaptability in high growth company
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or a regulated industry is preferred
Familiarity with employment compliance across multiple states is preferred
Experience supporting both clinical and non-clinical hiring is preferred
