Lead innovative talent acquisition efforts for a dynamic hospitality portfolio, leveraging creative sourcing strategies while managing seasonal and high-volume recruitment.

Our client is a rapidly growing hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of boutique hotels, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment venues across multiple states. With operations spanning year-round and seasonal locations, they are committed to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces and unforgettable guest experiences.

As they continue their expansion, they need a dynamic, creative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can support their growing team of over 500 employees.

Position Overview

We're seeking a creative and driven Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across a multi-state hospitality portfolio. This role requires someone who can think outside the box, execute high-volume recruiting campaigns, and handle both new hires and seasonal employee onboarding for various properties.

This is not your typical "post and pray" recruiting role—we need someone who understands that recruiting is a numbers game and can creatively source talent beyond traditional job boards. You'll work directly with executive leadership to deliver results and may have opportunities to travel to locations during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple hospitality locations, including seasonal operations and year-round properties
  • Creative Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies beyond standard job boards to attract top hospitality talent
  • Seasonal Operations: Coordinate onboarding for returning seasonal employees and recruit new talent for peak seasons
  • Visa Program Management: Support J-1 visa and H-2B visa processes for seasonal and international workers
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruiting process
  • HR Support: Provide additional HR generalist support as needed during non-peak recruiting periods
  • Travel: Occasional travel to properties during seasonal openings (minimal, 2-3 times per year maximum)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, within hospitality (bars, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, or entertainment venues)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required (speaking and reading)
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Proven ability to think creatively and source candidates through diverse channels
  • Strong understanding of remote work culture and self-driven work ethic
  • Familiarity with J-1 and H-2B visa programs preferred
  • Experience recruiting for startups or rapidly growing companies
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Multi-state recruiting experience
  • Experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of employment laws in multiple states, particularly New York and California

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment without needing constant oversight
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
  • Professional and able to represent the company to diverse candidate pools
  • Adaptable and able to work across different time zones as needed

Benefits

  • Fully Remote
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience
  • PTO
  • 401(k) available after 1 year of service
  • Monthly stipend for cellphone/wifi
  • Performance reviews with spot bonus opportunities
  • Career growth potential in a fast-growing, innovative company
  • Work with a vibrant, inclusive team in the hospitality industry
