What's the role?

The Regional People Partner acts as a strategic and operational bridge between global HR priorities and regional execution. This role provides senior advisory support on HR matters, drives adoption of organizational health (OH) initiatives, and partners with regional leadership to embed cultural, wellbeing and DE&I principles.

The position ensures regional alignment while supporting workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives. 

This is part time position for 3 days per week.

What will you be doing?

🧭 Advise regional leaders on workforce planning, talent performance, and organisational health.

🌍 Ensure regional HR activity aligns with global strategy and priorities.

📈 Use HR data and trends to inform decisions and shape recommendations.

📝 Support the development and implementation of regional HR policies.

⚖️ Ensure compliance with local legislation and organisational standards.

🎯 Coach leaders to embed cultural, wellbeing, and DE&I principles.

📚 Partner with organisational health teams to deliver leadership development.

💡 Drive adoption of OH, culture, wellbeing, DE&I, and change initiatives.

🛡️ Manage complex employee relations cases with fairness and consistency.

🌱 Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development.

📊 Monitor key HR metrics and identify trends requiring intervention.

🧩 Contribute to regional and global OH projects and initiatives.

🤝 Support engagement activities, surveys, and policy/process guidance

Requirements

  • Strong HR advisory and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Experience in organisational health, culture, and change management and strong operational HR knowledge
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into action.  
  • Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.  
  • Knowledge of complex ER case handling and policy development. 
  • Personal resilience and the capacity to work effectively and efficiently and stay calm under pressure or if working to deadlines are essential.
