At Aspire Living & Learning, we believe that empowered teams create meaningful change. We're seeking a passionate and strategic HR Partner to join our People & Culture team in Connecticut and help drive a positive, inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
As an HR Partner, you'll work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to retention and organizational growth. If you're a relationship builder with a strong foundation in HR best practices and a knack for helping managers lead with clarity and compassion, we want to meet you.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
Collaborate across Recruiting, People Operations, and Workplace Learning to create a seamless employee experience.
Support organizational goals through strategic workforce and succession planning.
Provide data-informed insights to improve engagement, retention, and culture alignment.
Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees to support growth and development.
Guide managers through policy interpretation, employee relations matters, and performance conversations with empathy and consistency.
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a human services or education setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re approachable, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented.
Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred (or willingness to earn it within a year).
Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally between school sites- Trumbull, Stamford, and Naugatuck, CT.
