We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist — someone who feels energized by working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is comfortable navigating different countries, cultures, and ways of working. This role is for a person who can go beyond standard procedures, keep a helicopter view on HR operations, and connect the dots between people, processes, and systems.

You will work closely with colleagues across regions, listen carefully, ask the right questions, and find ways to resolve complex HR cases — even when there is no ready-made answer. We are looking for someone who enjoys exploring options, consulting with stakeholders, and proposing thoughtful, transparent solutions.
What You Will Do:
Work with:
HR systems and tools, including BambooHR, Deel, and internal HR solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines, keeping them structured and up to date
local HR teams, internal departments, and external providers on operational HR matters
Deal with:
day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding and offboarding support
standard HR requests from employees and internal stakeholders
HR data maintenance, documentation updates, and routine operational tasks
Who Are You:
2+ years of experience in HR Operations in an international environment, including work with different markets and various types of contracts (employees, contractors, vendors)
Ability to independently manage HR operational tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders; to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems and documentation
Knowledge of core HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management; basic HR compliance principles and documentation requirements across different countries;
Experience with HRIS and HR tools (e.g. BambooHR or similar systems); working with different markets; maintaining HR documentation, internal policies, and guidelines in an up-to-date and structured manner; cross-functional and cross-location collaboration
Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Will be a plus
Experience with Deel or similar platforms
Experience working in a fast-growing or scaling company
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
