We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist — someone who feels energized by working in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is comfortable navigating different countries, cultures, and ways of working. What You Will Do:

Work with:

  •  HR systems and tools, including BambooHR, Deel, and internal HR solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

  • HR documentation, policies, and internal guidelines, keeping them structured and up to date

  • local HR teams, internal departments, and external providers on operational HR matters

Deal with:

  • day-to-day HR operational processes, including onboarding and offboarding support

  • standard HR requests from employees and internal stakeholders

  • HR data maintenance, documentation updates, and routine operational tasks


Requirements

Who Are You:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations in an international environment, including work with different markets and various types of contracts (employees, contractors, vendors)

  • Ability to independently manage HR operational tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines while working with multiple stakeholders; to ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems and documentation

  • Knowledge of core HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management; basic HR compliance principles and documentation requirements across different countries; 

  • Experience with HRIS and HR tools (e.g. BambooHR or similar systems); working with different markets; maintaining HR documentation, internal policies, and guidelines in an up-to-date and structured manner; cross-functional and cross-location collaboration

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field

  • Experience with Deel or similar platforms

  • Experience working in a fast-growing or scaling company

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
