The HR Operations Specialist is expected to take initiative when managing executive leadership / HR processes, act autonomously in the day-to-day business, and drive continuous improvement within the scope of responsibility.
Strong collaboration as well as a keen awareness of data quality and process efficiency, are essential for success in this role. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic requirements and the ability to prioritize tasks in a complex environment round off the profile.
As an HR Operations Specialist, you are part of Group Leadership and Executive Management (GLEM) and a dedicated operations team. You take on cross-segment responsibilities while maintaining a specific focus on supporting the EU segment in the first instance. In this role, you collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, support different segments, and ensure that the unique requirements and needs of a segment are addressed and implemented effectively.
