HR Operations Representative (1-year contract)

Join us as an HR Operations Representative and be part of the HR Operations team at NORIT that drives and supports a selection of company’s HR processes across multiple locations. The team works closely with stakeholders from production sites and functions such as IT, Finance, and HR. In this role, we are looking for a colleague to support HR operations on a 1-year contract basis.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Maintaining and updating information in Global HRIS, generating regular reports for stakeholders, conducting data audits to streamline data quality. Working with HR colleagues in other countries on these activities,
• Supporting new hire administration process and working with HRIS, IT, and sometimes EOR or outsourced payroll provider to set up new employees, administer changes and terminations,
• Administering payroll – managing payroll‑related data and ensuring communication with payroll providers and finance team for multiple global locations,
• Maintaining up to date benefits information for NORIT locations,
• Supporting other HR Operations activities and projects on-demand.  

Requirements

• Previous experience working in HR Operations, Payroll or in roles that are focused on data management and analysis,
• University degree in Business, HR, or Finance field, can be a current student with ability to work full-time,
• Proficient user of Excel, strong experience working with data cleanups and data management,
• Solid communication skills, fluency in English,
• Proactivity and solution orientation,
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with colleagues located abroad.

• Monthly salary from 1750-2100 euro gross, depending on qualifications and experience,
