The Role
As HR Operations Manager at Brighty, you’ll be the operational backbone of our people function across a pan-European, remote-first team. You’ll own end-to-end HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management - building scalable processes while keeping a great employee experience in a fast-growing fintech and crypto company.
We are looking for a Poland-based HR Ops Manager located in Riga, Latvia.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment - screen candidates, run interviews, and partner with hiring managers in an IT environment
- Own onboarding for remote hires across Europe - contracts, equipment, orientation, and early check-ins
- Coordinate monthly payroll with the Finance team and support benefits administration (health insurance, stock options, vacation)
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in BambooHR (this is a core tool for us)
- Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and support coordination with local requirements in other countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Germany, etc.)
- Run offboarding and exit processes - documentation, access removal coordination, exit interviews
- Be the first point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers
- Improve HR workflows, automate where possible, and create clear HR reporting for leadership
We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of HR operations experience in a fintech environment
- Proven experience working in a remote-first, distributed company across multiple countries
- Strong hands-on experience with HR systems - especially BambooHR
- Good understanding of how IT teams work and confidence communicating with engineers, product, and ops
- Interest in crypto and willingness to learn fast - crypto is core to our business
- Fluent English
- Strong organization, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
