As we expand our services and enhance the user experience, we seek a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Operations Manager with a strong background in compensation and benefits to join our growing HR team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of HR operations with a high focus on Compensation & Benefits and ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes across the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies and programs, while providing exceptional support to employees and managers.
Job Description
- Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Manage the full cycle of compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
- Advise on and implement new compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations, promotions, and job leveling for employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- HR Operations Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures across all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Manage the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Streamline HR processes and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, such as employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Investigate and resolve employee concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs), such as employee turnover, fill-in-rate, and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports for management on HR-related matters.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Supervise a team of senior and junior team members.
- Collaborate with other HR departments, such as talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Lead and/or participate in HR-related projects, such as implementing new HR systems, conducting employee surveys, and developing new HR programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers across the organization.
- Others:
- Adhere to company policy and procedures.
- Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR operations with a strong focus on compensation and benefits.
- Ability to roll up their sleeves and establish policies and guidelines from the ground up.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits framework and guidelines.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems and data management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and employment practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
