About the Role
Join Lokal as an HR Intern and get handson exposure across HR operations, culture building, and content creation. If you love organising, creating, analysing, and making things run smoothly—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Support HR operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle data with accuracy—track, update, and maintain HR records with utmost confidentiality.
Create engaging content for social media and internal communication.
Assist in event planning, employee engagement activities, and culture initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Requirements
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Mass Communications, English Literature, or related fields.
*currently pursuing a degree may apply, provided they do not have regular college attendance and are only required to appear for exams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & GSuite.
Basic design skills (Canva/Figma) and content creation ability.
Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work 8 hours/day.
Keen interest in HR and people centric work.
Duration
6 Months Internship — Exceptional performers may receive a PrePlacement Offer (PPO) based on contribution and impact. Stipend: 30KPM
