Senior Global HR Operations Specialist (Americas)

Key Responsibilities:


Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create effective onboarding plans for new employees.

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, documents, and systems access are prepared for new hires.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, addressing any questions or concerns.

Offboarding:

  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews.

  • Collect and process all necessary exit documentation and retrieve company assets.

  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth departure process.

  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations related to onboarding and offboarding.

Candidate Experience:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during their onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Continuously gather feedback to enhance the candidate experience and implement improvements as needed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.



Qualification:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist, HR Ops, or in a relevant HR field.

  • Proven experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, preferably in staffing or HR.

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of policy administration, compensation, and payroll is a must.

  • Proficiency in using any known HRMS platform thoroughly.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Ability to perform in an entrepreneurial setting, work independently across multiple groups, and thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly growing environment.
